A patient with Marfan syndrome presented with a subluxated crystalline lens. This film demonstrates cataract extraction and IOL fixation using methods such as a continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis, capsular hooks, supracapsular nuclear disassembly (pop-and-chop), capsular tension ring, and capsular tension segment fixation using a flange technique.
