To report a modified surgical technique for intrascleral intraocular lens(IOL) fixation with fewer anterior segment manipulations in eyes lacking sufficient capsular support.This technique is easy to perform and associated with good visual and refractive results.It reduces not only cumbersome intraocular maneuvers, but also obviates dependence on specialized forceps or customized iols.
