Posterior capsular rupture is encountered by all cataract surgeons. The biggest challenge a surgeon has is managing the complication and even bigger challenge is in choosing the right kind of intra ocular lens for the patient. Here in this video we demonstrate a series of challenging case scenarios where in we use the same IOL in the bag and we explain scientifically on how to conquer the PCR.
