Description
In refractive surgery, we come across irregular, imperfect corneas causing visual disturbances & precluding planning of a cataract surgery. We attempt to demonstrate an algorithmic approach to treat these imperfections using the latest technologies of topography guided (Wavelight® TopolyzerTM& Schwind Amaris)& Wavefront guided (ZyoptixTM) treatments and thus “perfect” the imperfect corneas.
