80-year one eyed patient with NC6 NO6 P5 C5 nucleus with inadvertent super nasal bag dialysis noted during divide and conquer of phacoemulsification. Bag was stabilized with capsular hooks after making scleral flap and phacoemuslification was completed. Modified capsular tension ring with single fixation hook, cionni ring was used to fix the subluxated bag and Intraocular lens injected in the bag.
