This video demonstrates the use of a new toric IOL marker for intra-op alignment of toric IOLs in small pupils during phaco surgery, which creates a linear mark in the center of the IOL, and guides the alignment of the IOL, using limbal marks or a markerless system. The mark stays for 30 -60 sec, and is not visible on post-op day 1 and is not associated with post-op dysphotopsia.
