Dexamethasone intraocular suspension 9% is delivered at the end of cataract surgery as a single 5-mcL droplet behind the iris. Early experience has shown that several factors may affect whether the drug is placed successfully and remains in place. This video will illustrate the author’s own learning curve and the development of a reliably successful administration technique.
