Post-keratoplasty keratoconus eyes with high astigmatism, due to graft-host interface weakening and partial dehiscence, treated with partial wound re-suturing combined with CXL. Outcomes and imaging with topography, tomography (Scheimpflug and OCT-based) is also illustrated. May caution clinicians to identify those cases that are NOT good candidates for laser vision correction of refractive error.
